Stella is so kind! She delivered the bike locally. The bike fitted me very well and I enjoyed riding around town and along Ali’i Drive. Would definitely rent a bike again on my next trip to Big Island

Fantastic experience with Stella and Jose. I needed to rental a bike to use while working at the Ironmen World Championship. The price was less than shipping my own bike, and Kona Bike Rentals was incredibly flexible and helpful for both pick up and drop off. Highly recommended and hope to use them again next year!

Prices are good. Bike was fun to ride . They are very service oriented. Will deliver (and pick up) right to your hotel. Came out to meet me on the road to fix a minor mechanical problem at the start. Will use them again next visit for sure 👍

Great service! I rented a bike to follow my girlfriend during the Ironman World Championships. I was even able to pick up the bike at closing time the day before my rental instead of the same morning, which really helped with my logistics. Very friendly team and the bike was in excellent condition. Highly recommended.
